MPS was started in 2010 as a specialist Sectional Title and Home Owners Association Administrator. Our model was developed on the back of realising that our industry sorely lacked a participant that embraced transparency and that could actively assist committees in their decision making. We have since developed a niche for estates, buildings and complexes that find themselves in hard times, whether financially or operationally.
Over the years we have developed into “big building specialists” managing larger buildings and complexes that demand operational flexibility from their administrator and the necessary experience to manage Estates and Buildings in detail

We actively engage with our clients and their management committees to ensure that systems and services are tailored to suit the needs of the client. Our systems have been geared to cater for large complexes and estates. With offsite access to our systems to allow for live access to accounts and records through to full system integration to create a complete solution for the management of an estate
